Description:
ARLL Group of Companies specializes in selling surplus stock from all categories (home appliances, furniture, accessories, toys and many more). We have a strong Sales Force Team which we are looking to expand, supported by a cohesive and efficient Marketing Team, backed up by the Logistics and the Financial Departments.

ARLL Group of Companies has been on the market for over 12 years and operates on 2 channels:
- www.arll.eu, which is our B2B division. The website integrates a platform where buyers can purchase merchandise directly online.
- www.chilipirulzilei.ro, our B2C division, which sells our products to direct consumers.

At ARLL, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our B2B sales team.

Position Summary:
The position will hold responsibility for developing new business and managing assigned/existing business in EMEA, working from their home office. By working closely with Sales team and Marketing you will manage existing business and source new business throughout the Territory. In the position you will be expected to maintain a high level of market knowledge.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, individual research, networking and social media.
• Source, develop and drive assigned accounts and business opportunities on the EMEA market.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate offer presentations on products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, therefore enhancing ARLL revenue.
• Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to achieve better result.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team
• Participate on behalf of the company in specialized exhibitions and fairs.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales to the GM.

Requirements/Qualification:
• Demonstrable experience of working within a sales environment with a strong commercial acumen.
• Experience of using own initiative and working in a target driven environment.
• Excellent communication, active listening and negotiation skills.
• Result-driven, sales oriented and highly autonomous.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines
• Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in English. Other European languages are a benefit.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
