Customer Returns inventory is defined as any merchandise previously sold to a consumer and then returned. Manifest is provided for reference only and not a guarantee of items received. Buyers should not expect 100% accuracy. Customer Returns inventory is routed through processing partners and not inspected for accuracy or functionality. Products are not guaranteed to be functional. Customer Returns products may have scratches, scuffs, and/or dents. Products may be missing accessories or parts. All inventory regardless of condition is sold AS-IS.
At the time of delivery, buyers are required to confirm that the pallets delivered match the pallet IDs listed in the Order Delivery Date email and sign the Proof of Delivery (POD). Once the delivery is signed for and the pallets received, refund requests will only be reviewed if missing or incorrect pallets are noted on record with the shipping carrier. All sales are final.

All payments must be made by wire transfer and you are responsible to pay within 2 business days.
VAT, where due, is payable on all orders. The amount will be calculated for you when we send you your “Order Invoiced” email. For AMZ lots, shipments will be in palletised lots. Buyers are required to 1) unload all trucks on the date of delivery with their own unloading equipment/ help of forwarder. Your shipping address needs to have a loading dock or forklift in order to unload goods as not all truck is guaranteed to have a lift-gate; 2) buyers are required to confirm that the pallets delivered match the pallet IDs listed in the Order Delivery Date email and sign the Proof of Delivery (POD). Once the delivery is signed for and the pallets received, refund requests will only be reviewed if missing or incorrect pallets are noted on record with the shipping carrier. All sales are final.
The buyer can collect (at their own expense) immediately after payment – please contact us to arrange a collection time. Also, we can provide very competitive transport quotes due to competitive rates negotiated based on volumes with our carriers.
IMPORTANT NOTE – our warehouse requires 48 hours notice for collections, a booking slot and reference will be provided. We will contact you via email once we receive notification of payment to arrange this. Any attempted collections that are not arranged in advance/approved by us will be refused.

|Used – Fair Condition||Merchandise with heavy signs of use from handling and/or customer exposure that is likely in need of repair prior to resale.|
|Salvage Condition||Merchandise requiring significant repairs prior to resale or else will be used for parts/components only.|

There’s no guarantee of one particular product condition unless specified in the manifest or auction details.
ARLL Packaging conditions
|Original||Sealed, unopened packaging that may show signs of aging or contain stickers showing markdowns. Items include tags and may or may not be casepacked.|
|Open Box||Original packaging that has been opened or unsealed and may show signs of aging or contain stickers showing markdowns. Items include tags and may or may not be casepacked.|
|No Packaging||Loose items that are no longer in original retail packaging.|

The shipping charge to your shipping address will be confirmed by email once the order is confirmed. You can change the shipping address information to update the freight cost.
This cost will be charged in addition to the lot price, and the total order amount must be paid in full. After payment is confirmed, a representative from ARLL GROUP will coordinate delivery details with you.
Once payment is made, the address on file will be used for shipping. Changing your address AFTER making payment may delay delivery of your goods AND may generate reconsignment fees requiring additional wiring of funds.
Buyers are responsible for unloading all trucks. The unloading location of your order has to have a loading dock or forklift in order to unload the goods, as not every carrier truck is guaranteed to have a forklift. Unloading fees, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the delivery of any purchased Inventory to you, including any applicable storage or other costs assessed by such carrier in the event of such carrier’s inability to deliver such Inventory to you.
Buyers must have a loading dock or ability to unload by forklift in order to buy any lot from ARLL platform
Buyers must plan for appropriate warehouse staffing to unload the trailer after arrival.
Detention fees will be applied starting 2 hours from driver’s arrival.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is selected prior to submitting payment. If you need to change your address, please do this on your order page, prior to payment.
At the time of delivery, Buyers must either stamp and date or sign legibly and date the CMR document. Failure to properly sign and date the CMR document will result in delays for any dispute associated with the order.
1. These terms and conditions (“these Terms”) shall apply to all individual contracts for the sale by ARLL Marketing Europe Limited (“the Company”) of goods (“Goods”) to any buyer (“the Customer”).
2. These Terms are deemed to apply and shall be deemed to be agreed upon the Customer placing an order whether oral or in writing or both oral and in writing and making payment for the Goods and shall supersede/override in their effect any of the Customer’s terms and conditions which might be attached to the Customer’s individual order or later forwarded to the Company.
3. It is hereby agreed that all sales of Goods by the Company to the Customer will be transacted in the UK or in Ireland depending on the location of the Principal. Therefore, if the Principal is located in the United Kingdom, the transaction will take place in the UK, through Attracting Real Leverage Limited, 325 Highfield Road, Hall Green B280BX, Birmingham, GB120611374 and the Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
On the other hand, if the Principal is located in the European Union (EU), the transaction will take place in Ireland, through ARLL Marketing Europe Limited, 9 Main Street, Blackrock, Co Dublin, A94 N6DO, 3677008AH and the Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Ireland and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
